Is Astrology a Science Branch?
What is astrology? Simply; to predict the future by looking at the positions of stars and planets in certain periods or to conduct analyzes on the character structures of people.
So what is science? Simply; To try to explain natural phenomena through evidence-based, controlled and reproducible experiments and observations. This is science, it has a systematic, rules and testable implications.
The findings of astrology cannot be tested in any way. No statistical or tangible information can be put forward about how accurate an astrologer's predictions are and how much different astrologers' interpretations of the same subject matter. These inferences and predictions are all different and more or less contradictory. Few of an astrologer's predictions come true hayatta
In summary, 90% of astrologers' predictions are false. But not the 90% of lies, but the occasional “holding’ of 10% is constantly put forward. But you'll appreciate that you don't have to be an astrologer to get a 10% “fastening” rate. In fact, if you make your predictions about the future by using scientific and statistical data (as research institutions do), it is possible to achieve a much better future forecast than an astrologer. Thus, even in terms of testability only, astrology cannot meet scientific criteria.
